Does this sound like you?

You don’t need to push harder or do more. You need a plan that honours your body, your history, and where you want to go.

Resting alone hasn't fixed it

Time off, gentle stretching, maybe a foam roller — it eases for a while, then returns. Real relief comes from building strength around the cause, not just calming the symptom.

Your progress has stalled

Same routine, same nagging aches, month after month. Working harder rarely helps — what changes things is a plan shaped around your body and how it moves.

Generic plans don't fit you

Programs from the internet were built for someone else's body and history. With clear direction that fits you, every session moves you forward — safely.

Your body is capable of so much more than you’ve been told. With a thoughtful assessment and a plan built around you, you can move freely, grow stronger, and truly enjoy it.

The method

How it works

A simple, supportive process — the same caring approach for every client, always meeting you exactly where you are.

  1. Get to know you

We begin with a full movement screen and a conversation about your history and goals — understanding your body always comes before any workout.

  2. Your personalized plan

You get a program shaped around your body, your goals, and your schedule — thoughtfully designed for you, never a one-size-fits-all template.

  3. Coaching by your side

We train together, one-on-one in Saskatoon. Every session is guided and adjusted to how you're feeling, so you keep progressing with confidence.

  4. Celebrate your progress

We track what matters — strength, mobility, how you feel — and evolve your plan as you grow, so your wins keep building.

Meet the trainer

Hi, I’m Diana Kovalenko

I’m a Saskatoon-based personal trainer who specializes in one thing: helping people who hurt get strong again. Young athletes rebuilding after an injury, desk workers with stubborn backs, new moms rebuilding their core, and adults over 55 who refuse to slow down.

A lot of my work is with teens and youth athletes — coming back from a sports injury, or building the strength and movement quality that prevents the next one. Parents tell me the confidence their kids gain matters as much as the physical progress.

I built PainFreeDiana because I kept meeting people who’d been told to simply “rest” or “stop” — and who deserved so much more. I believe the right movement, guided with care, is one of the most powerful ways to feel better, grow stronger, and trust your body again. That’s what we do here.

What makes my approach different

  • Understanding you first. Nobody gets a workout on day one. We start by understanding how you move and what your body needs, so everything after fits you.

  • Grounded in what works. No quick fixes or fleeting trends — just caring, thoughtful coaching grounded in solid principles of movement and strength.

  • Working with your body. We work with your body, not against it. You'll keep making steady, sustainable progress while feeling supported the whole way.

Let’s take the first step together

The consultation is free, and there’s no pressure at all. Here’s what it includes:

  • A 30-minute in-person assessment. We meet face to face in Saskatoon — after you reach out, we'll text you the time and location details.

  • A caring movement & history check. We look at how you move and how you're feeling, so any guidance is based on your body — never a generic questionnaire.

  • A look at your first four weeks. You'll leave with a clear picture of what your first four weeks of training could look like.
